We’ll File Your Insurance Claim for You
We file ALL primary insurances for our patients. As a service to you, we will submit claims for services whether we are an in-network provider or not. Currently, we are in-network for Delta Premier and Anthem Blue 300.
In addition, we’ll do our best to help determine your out-of-pocket expenses. Please understand, though, that we can only offer an estimate. In order to have the best understanding, we encourage you to call your insurance provider directly to check your plan’s benefits, deductibles, and policy limits.
We Offer Interest-Free Options Through CareCredit
We have partnered with CareCredit in order to give our patients another payment option. Sometimes financial realities make paying for healthcare services difficult. Care Credit provides immediate funds upon approval, and their credit options offer competitive interest rates. For example, Care Credit can offer some applicants no interest for up to 24 months! Of course, if you prefer to use your existing VISA, Master Card, or Discover Card, we accept those, too. Cash and checks are also welcome.

Our Payment Guidelines
Because we believe in doing dentistry by The Golden Rule, we want you to know our payment expectations up front. Below are our guidelines for payment of services:
- All co-payments and deductibles are due when treatment is provided.
- Any additional out-of-pocket expenses are due at the time treatment is provided unless other financial arrangements have been made.
- Patients are responsible for full treatment payment should a problem arise with insurance coverage.
- Patients should notify our office of any change in insurance or when they receive a new insurance card from their provider.
